Job Description & Requirements:

Country Club in Alabama is looking for a full-time Director of Tennis.

Position Description:

Country Club is looking for an energetic professional to enhance our tennis program. The ideal candidate will be an excellent player with expertise in teaching players of all skill levels. This best person will be a USPTA certified professional with high knowledge of 10 and under tennis/quick start format, be able to organize tournaments, will work well with and be a motivator for staff, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have experience in leading a tennis program and most importantly have a friendly/personable attitude.

Compensation:

Club will offer a competitive salary with paid vacation, 1 meal each day while on duty, 2/3 health insurance, 100% of lesson income and allowance for association dues and continuing education. The professional will own the merchandising concession and will be responsible for maintaining a professional shop to accommodate the needs of the membership.
