Club has 6 indoor hard courts as well as golf, volleyball, table tennis, and banquet/restaurant facilities. 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a new tennis program for adult and junior players as well as promoting the facility and teaching lessons.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, organize and implement a tennis program for all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop short and long range tennis program objectives
  • Create, direct and promote tennis leagues, clinics, tournaments, camps and special events to attract and maintain the interest of tennis players.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing Department to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract team and individual participation at various tennis events
  • Responsible for scheduling necessary staff, reserving proper equipment and ensuring the reservation system is up to date for all tennis activities
  • Manage the ordering all tennis inventory and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
  • Oversees collection of registration and other applicable fees and charges for tennis events, leagues, programs and events
  • Develop and maintain close association with USTA. Attend USTA meetings and other meetings that would further develop and promote tournaments

What it Takes

  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 2-5 years of related work experience
  • Certified USPTA Professional
  • Experience as a tennis instructor or tennis program director for a minimum of three seasons/years
  • Excellent tennis skills
  • Ability to effectively teach tennis to all age groups
  • Able to work nights, on weekends and holidays
